Use this page to request deletion of your RoundZero account and the account-linked data stored for the web app and Android app.

This opens your email app with the address and subject filled in. We verify account ownership before deleting data.

- Send from the same email used on your account, or include verification details.
What happens next
- We may ask you to confirm account ownership before deleting anything.
- After verification, we delete or anonymize account-linked data unless a specific record must be retained.
- We reply when the request is complete or explain what must be retained.
- Some limited records may be retained for legal, abuse-prevention, or backup reasons.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@roundzero.app.
- Use the subject line RoundZero Account Deletion Request.
- Include enough information to identify the account if you are not sending from the same login email.
- Wait for the verification reply and follow any confirmation step we send back.
Data covered by a deletion request
After a verified request, we delete or anonymize data directly tied to your RoundZero account, including:
- your account login record in RoundZero authentication systems;
- cloud-synced character sheets and account-linked character data;
- account-linked uploaded tokens and similar personal library uploads;
- push-notification subscriptions or device tokens linked to your account.
Data we may keep for a limited time
Some data may be retained when necessary for legitimate operational or legal reasons, such as:
- security, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, or legal-compliance records;
- shared gameplay content that may need to remain in campaign history for other users;
- backup copies that are removed on a limited retention cycle.
Partial deletion requests
RoundZero does not currently provide a separate public workflow for deleting only selected account data without also requesting full account deletion.
